The New Testament Challenge - suggestions for use
PREPARE
Pick a regular time to read each day, and find a quiet space for your reading. Keep a notebook and pen handy for anything that comes to mind.
BEGIN
Begin with a quiet time of prayer, centre yourself for a minute or two, and open to the presence of God in your life.
READ and REFLECT
Read the scripture at least twice. Read for content (what’s happening?) and how it speaks to your life (what does this mean to me and the way that I am in the world?).
CLOSE
Offer a prayer of gratitude to God.
